Since most of us are BULLS and not BEARS with our outlook of at least some portion of the stock market, here's a great bull. A symbol of strength and fertility, the bull was a prominent figure in Greco-Roman mythology; the bull was form that gods, especially Zeus, took when visiting mortals. With head lowered and turned to the right this bull displays his strength with an economy of gesture. This pose, with his left foreleg raised in a pawing attitude while his tail sweeps around his right leg, is both dynamic and expectant. This sculpture is a reproduction of the original 19th Century bull which can be found in the Royal Ontario Museum.
He stands 9 1/2 " high x 16 " long x 5-1/4 " wide. The base is 12" x 5". He weighs in a hefty 9.5 lbs. He is made of crushed stone and the finish is Aged Dark Bronze. If you like growth stocks, this bull's for you! Cannot be gift wrapped and the surface is too rough for a plaque.
