Our Humble Beginnings

Wall Street Gifts combines two careers for Gloria LeBlanc, the owner and founder. After graduating from the University of Washington , Gloria had a career as a buyer at  a major department store. Having twins sidetracked her retail career--a career that she had loved. Her next career was that of a stockbroker. She opened up her own office in Los Gatos, CA. But, in order to have a downtown storefront location she had to have retail. Wall Street Gifts was born in 1994 to meet this zoning requirement. In 1996 www.WallStreetGifts.com was launched on the Internet. Thus, Gloria intertwined her money management skills with her first love of buying. In October 2000 she created a second Internet business. www.cowscowscows.com. She had seen the Cow Parade cows in Chicago and thought they were wonderful! That site now offers various cow items. In February 2003 the Trail of Painted Ponies was launched and Gloria launched www.ponyponypony.com. In addition to The Trail of Painted Ponies the site also features a large quantity of horse sculptures.

The next Internet business launched was www.banksbanksbanks.com in 2003. In 2005 www.bullsbullsbulls.com and www.globesglobesglobes.com was launched.. In 2006 www.gamesandpoker.com , www.inspiremotivate.com and www.loyalfansandalums.com Iwere launched. In 2007 we added www.verylargestuffedanimals.com.

In 1996 Wall Street Gifts (the mother company) offered 12 items on the Internet and had sales of $8,000. Ten years later, in 2006, we offered over 3,000 items. Today the number of items surpasses 5,000. We've grown!!!
