This sculpture captures the wild strength of a strong horse balanced on its hind legs. The horse bucks its two front hooves into the air, one points straight out while the other is bent in towards the horse's body. The detail and musculature of the body, neck, face, and thick layered mane and tail, as well as the textured ground on which the horse stands.
Did you know that wild horses normally live to be 25-40 years of age. A domestic horse only has a life span of 25-30. Reason is supposedly predators. Interesting.
