RETURN POLICY  -  Your satisfaction is very important to us.    IMPORTANT! Keep all packing materials

 

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE item: please email service@wallstreetgifts.com.

TEN DAYS - State: name of purchaser, order #, SKU, description of item. If possible, email photos showing damage or defect. You can email several photos. Please have one photo show the packaging with peanuts and bubble wrap so UPS of FedEx can see that item was properly packed. If the outside box has a hole or is dented, please send that image too.

Do you want replacement or credit given to purchaser? Wait for instructions.  Do NOT return product until you are told to do so. You must send this email within 10 days of delivery.  No exceptions. This is not our timeframe but that of UPS & FedEx.

For customized items such as painted piggy banks, artist original piggy banks, items with plaques, items engraved ONLY items with spelling error will be  fixed. No refund, but we will fix. Email a photo of the misspelling to service@wallstreetgifts.com and wait for instructions. We will fix any spelling error for you. Special Order items and large bulk orders were specifically purchased for you and cannot be returned.

 

DON'T WANT.

THIRTY DAYS - If you want to return an item that is returnable, simply repack it carefully in its original carton with the packing materials you saved. Email service@wallstreetgifts.com with purchaser’s name, order #, SKU, description of item, quantity you want to return and whether you want exchange or credit.

We will email you a RMA label (return merchandise authorization) which includes mailing address for the return. You may be shipping to a different address than where it was shipped. You will pay shipping costs/insurance. You are normally charged a restocking fee. You MUST place RMA label on outside of box so warehouse will receive. With no RMA, warehouse will refuse shipment. It depends on which item as to how much the restocking fee is - depends on which of our 26 shipping locations - range is from zero to 25%.

Returned Item must be in same condition that you received it including interior box. Credit or shipment of new product will happen within 30 days from receipt of returned item(s). You have 30 days from date of delivery to make a return – but, if item is still available on web store, we may be lenient of 30 day policy.

NON-RETURNABLE

We emphacize. Customized items such as painted piggy banks, artist original piggy banks, items with plaques or engraved are NOT returnable unless there is a spelling error.  Any item personalized or customized cannot be returned.

CREDIT - REFUND POLICY
 
We try to process refunds/credits every weekend.

Sometimes customers believe that they were charged twice. Sometimes a bank puts a HOLD on funds when a request for payment is made even though it declined because of an address mismatch. The bank will eventually release the hold. But, for some banks it is two weeks before they do so. Other banks only hold funds for 2-3 days. We have no control over the bank. You can talk to your bank to release the Hold.
 
Shipping Charges are not refunded. 

When your credit is issued you automatically receive an email stating the amount and the reason. All credits are issued as Wall Street Gifts. 

If two weeks have passed since you believe you should have received a credit, and have not, please email service@wallstreetgifts.com and ask why not.
